BSNL IS YET TO COME WITH THE TERMS OF REFERENCE OF NEW GOVT. THE SITUATION HAS NOT CHANGED. I HAD SURRENDERED MY LAND LINE & INTERNET DUE TO SPEED ISSUE. THE DEPOSIT IS YET TO BE REFUNDED.

BSNL Internet is not bad at all and failure is not much. There are people to take care if problems are reported properly. However QoS (quality of service) is poor. We never get the speed we have subscribed. It will very slow sometime.
