I am unable to make any comment.I deposited Rs. 500 around 3years back for broadband connection to my house 439 Nobel Residency erd cross 5th main Bangalore 560076.Job order was issued and I was informed upon my inquiry that within 3 days service will be provided nothing happened for 3 years.I was supplied with a wifi set which used to be dead most of the times and I kept on bill without using it.It became too much when most the times the line used to be off when we were talking using STD.Many of users in Nobel Residency had same or similar experience and we decided to handover every thing that BSNL had provided.We got peace.Let BSNL provide service to rural India.Mobile phone will be OK for seniors with Hathway cable broad band.
