BSNL - Bangalore

I was a long time BSNL user. Fed up with the inefficiency , irresponsible and no customer care attitude of BSNL officials, I am forced to dis-continue with BSNL Ltd and opt for a private service provider.

BSNL internet connectivity was so bad that I had to discontinue and go private operators internect connection

using BSNL since the time i am using internet and also landline as well as mobile are all BSNL... since 80s i have been a loyal customer of this totally inefficient organisation full of reservation categories working ...nay lazing around the corridors of the expansive building at a costly area like indiranagar 80feet road... quite often than not, we can find red communist flags all over the building entrance , showing the sic fist of the trade unionism cancerous to the core... every other employee is arrogant , right from the lowest level of sweeper to the DGM level. internecine politics of language, rules the roost here... the reservationists with less education being their forte with all facilities paid and extended since over 4 decades, use musclepower, reservationist policies ( ambedkarism , totally misused ), to wrist control and intimidate the few percentage of working staff and officials.. which are miniscule in number... that is BSNL for all and sundry. Despite all these hiccups and lethargy , we still hold on with the mamoth organisation called BSNL.. guess why? well they are quite reliable in terms of billing policies much different than the private operators..

nevertheless, i have been fighting these seamlessly defiant non working employees to get my job done, well for over 3 decades now... for all that one knows, i always pride myself that i should be rewarded a LOYALITY BONUS BY THIS ORGANISATION FOR STANDING BY ITS SIDE with all negativites rolled into one...

The speed is good but God forbid anything goes wrong: like a tree uprooted & the cut the wire it or some other dept. dug up the place where bsnl cables are then it takes a minimum of 6 months to get it rectified & that too if you are lucky.
