Hopeless service. I have given many complaints for the slow internet speed. I was under 1025 broadband plan where they offer 4 MPBS speed with unlimited down load. But I was not getting even 428 KBPS. Many times I complained to 1504 and local fault repairs. They used to assign this job a telephone linesman to rectify the Broad Band Speed. He used to come and report that the telephone lines are OK. Ultimately even after escalating the matter to DGM, they could not solve the problem and ultimately I have to change the service provider.

The broadband internet services are very expensive and the browsing speed is not so fast. One has to pay nearly 1200/- to 1700/- for just 60 G.B. with a speed of 8-- 16 M.P.B.S. Quite ridiculous. There is a need to bring down the charges and increase the browsing speed.

BSNL HAS CHEATED PRIMINISTER MR.NARENDRA MODI BY TELLING BSNL IN PROFIT ,PR0UDLY PM ANNOUNCED AT NATIONAL LEVEL ON INDEPENDENCE DAY.
THEN WHAT ABOUT PUBLIC ORDINARY CITIZENS LIKE US.
AFTER SURRENDERING LAND LINE THEY SEND FAKE BILLS EVEN AFTER SETTLEMENT BILL.
THEY ARE NOT GIVING BACK OUR DEPOSITS
*MY SINCER ADVICE IF ANY ONE WANT'S TO SURRENDER PLEASE USE MAX THEN FORGET AUTOMATICALLY IT GET DISCONNECTED YOU WILL SAVE YOUR MONEY.
IN BSNL OFFICE THEY ARE TELLING FORTY THOUSAND CHEQUES HAS COME BACK BY NOT RECEIVING/WRONG ADDRESS?
CAN ANY ONE BELIEVE THIS.
