BSNL do far happens to be the best service provider in our country. They have excellent infrastructure but what hurts I'd the overall attitude of these government employees.
They are so very casual in solving problems, technical or cable related. Result ? Either the connection works seamlessly, or it is dead.
I think all BSNL subscribers fear the connection going dead or with an earthing fault.
The seniors are inaccessible. Book a complaint through automated booking or online, and within 24 hours you will get a missed call and your complaint will be marked as solved.
Unfortunately three is no other archive provider who can give us good speeds at these rates. So, we are forced to continue with the only choice left.. BSNL !
