ACT is pretty good most of the time, and their charges are reasonable. Their infrastructure is terrible, as we witnessed during and after the December 2016 storm, and their customer service is inadequate in terms of round the clock availability.Two years ago they had assured me of 24-hour assistance. They still don't have it;as a matter of fact, they have just this week, I think, extended their accessibility hours from 7:30 am to 11:30 pm,otherwise it was just 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and too bad if your connectivity disappeared at 5:01 pm. Still, their uptime (other than the total lack after storms) ratios and speed are excellent.
