Tata Decomo, vandalur: The internal communication is aweful and the customer services, technical and commercial departments are not talking to one another and they want the customer to be talking to various departments. Even if the custoemer talks, listening is very pooir, they dont get what the customer is telling even after 10 attempts!
The train is always late by 45 minutes to one hour. The train never reaches in time. Even brindavan Express, Double decker express and labagh express reaches in time . I do not understand the reason for charging higher fare when it never reaches with in the allotted 5 hours and reaches in 6 hours . Moreover, the platform no is changed from 1 to 2 at the bangalore cantonment station in the last minute on many occasions causing considerable hardship to passengers
