Still Fairly good service overall even though the BSNL is struggling with aging staff. When it comes to customer interaction, still it is sarkari but system is much better and much ahead of competitors.
I live is sector 45. It has been a horrible experience. I have often paid penalties for late payment as net has failed at most important time. I have lost money too ( shares) as I could not act because of non functioning of net.I also do not understand that even when speed is shown OK many times websites take too long to load. The sppedtest by ookla gives d rating whenever I have tested speed on that. Surinder the contact person, who mostly responds does his best but the issues are beyond him. Often he has to give refresh command at his end.
