BSNL - Godhra

I use GTPL, Their speed is acceptable, but connectivity is a problem. Every now and then it stops and comes back on its own. The worst part is their service. If there is a problem their technicians do not come for days on end. And when they do come they do not inform the customer; they do not call before they come, and then they report that the house was locked. They expect you to stay at home for days until their technician has time to come to attend to your problem. When I complained about this issue, I was told "we do not have a system of informing customers before we come!"
