Billing at BSNL Kharagpur is utterly customer-unfriendly, Most often billing complaints are not taken care of. Several times in last 3 years I suffer due to extra billing, wrong billing , very little redressal is offered.
1. Without my condsent/ information, by Broadband paln was changed midway (after taking one-year advance rent) and all usage started to be billed-- dozens of complaints failed.
2. Even after getting confirmation about free- night-calling between 9 pm- 7 am, for a full month all such calls were charged- little redressal just offeredd after long delay.
3. Suspicious billing for Rs 111 was charged for phone calls in bill for July 2015- no redressal so far.
4. My phone, Broadband was out-of–service from 7.7.15 to 14.7.2015, 04.4.15- 15.4.15 , 21.4.15- 27.4.15, 30.4.15 -01.5.15 rent rebates HAVE NOT YET BEEN GIVEN.
5. For over 2 years I am not getting printed bills for my phone- 03221256084-- no action in spite of repeated complaints
