It is below average, more improvement is needed. Slow spee6 is a major issue.

They are simply unable to give me any sort of sustained connectivity for last one month despite numerous complaints

besides the laxity...no doubt service is far better, they response and settle any grievance to satisfaction of limit bsnl no...o2o..26853231

needs improvement

Our BSNL landline phone (instrument) is faulty. Many times while talking on phone it disconnect automatically. We complaint several times but no one turn up. no.020-26961382

BSNL should reduce there data and broad band charges to increase there customers.

I am using BSNL broad band services for long time. Over all it is Ok. However, frequently the services are not available for few minutes to hrs. My BSNL no. at Pune is 020 - 27356040.

BSNL landline as well as BroadBand services does are not work consistently. Landline phone most of the does not get through the dialled number, are requires re-dialling twice and sometimes thrice, to connect the dialed number.
Broadband service works well sometime, but get lost occasionally and not dependable for online work. After complaint booking, it takes hours and some time more than a day to get it working again. My no. 020-27356040
