Airtel connectivity is good. But yes not 100℅. Yes better than small players.

Tata Docomo also good.No problem of balance deduction etc.

BSNL internet is comparable with other service providers, but is not reliable.
After complaint booking only they call back to know the complaint, but action is not taken and complaints are closed as resolved. This happens even after re-complaining.
In present competitive environment, the method of working of BSNL is not changed much.
Such incidences are leading to consumers leaving BSNL to go for other options.

Hello All,
I was using my BSNL landline along with the Broadband since last 10 years here in Vadgaon Sheri. Recently I moved to my new flat located at another area with in the Vadgaoun Sheri. So I need to transfer my landline henceforth I raise the request in BSNL Vishrantwadi office. The person told me very clearly that the BSNL line is not available at my new area so they would not shift my landline and forced me to handover the landline. I don't have any other option so had handed over and switched to private broadband.
My query is why BSNL excuse like that?

In our area, there is no landline network of BSNL for the Best reasons known to BSNL authotities.
