Broadband maintenance is bad. I stay in Hanumanpet Malkajgiri West. I have subscribed for BB combo high speed vdsl 995 plan in which subscriber is supposed to get 16Mbps speed. I hardly get a speed of 5 to 6 Mbps. 04027055254.
Earlier when I was in 999 plan with highest speed of 8Mbps, i was getting almost 7 to 8Mbps. But after shifting to this plan, speed has gone down considerably. Every time I lodge a complaint , some body from exchange asks if telephone is working!!!! when I gave complaint about Broadband. When I tell him about the problem, he states that he would convey it to the right person and all of a sudden I get a sms stating that the issue is resolved even without asking me whether network has improved. An year back this circle services used to be good but now it has gone down.
About the speed they say that my house is far away from the exchange and for this type of network (Vdsl), it is good only within a radius of 1km from exchange. If that is true , why did they accept to provide this plan to me? Probably they should prove in deeds that they are really transparent and customer friendly and improve service see that issue is resolved within 24hrs from the time of lodging complaint.
