BSNL - Visakhapatnam

as this is a combo the gave us land line also and with out our knowledge they add some services and collected in the bill . when I went and asked them they say it has out soursed so they donot know. they said if you want we will cancell it. okay cancell it i said and the next month also i paid the extra amout when i enquired they say this month only we cancelled so from next month onwards you will not get it..because of this i paid BSNL rs.1000/ extra. normally private operators cheat the custmers like this. even govt. body also doing this is terrible
