For complaint of faulty landline BSNL - 198 is the number to register automated complain. After making compliant, computer generated will provide docket number. Lineman/Technician is not attending immediately. It may take time for 3-4 days or sometime, if customer is not chasing again to the nearest BSNL outlet, not attending at all.
It is suggested after getting complaint, immediately inform to lineman/technician for rectification. After attending satisfactory to the landline, there should be provision for provide correct feedback and get confirmation from customer whether the same is in running condition.
