DONOT stop Spam call/ SMS to DND-regd numbers, doesnot accept DND-violation report vai SMS/ email, offers no effective grievance redress system, signal very poor, data connectivity horrible

Service is trustworthy.

Both landline and mobile services of BSNL are trustworthy and open without hidden charges. Also, BSNL mobile works well in many places where the signals of other services fail.

I have been a loyal customer of BSNL for over 15 years since 2002. Their response to complaint is very good in Bengaluru, though their network quality leaves a lot to be desired. At least, they don't shortchange the customers, like other private operators. When I have a problem, I deal with real people, not with disembodied voices over IVRS!
