BSNL

The number of towers and service must be improved... It must be made as national roaming still they are collecting charges for roaming.

It is a worst experience with BSNL for me for the last ten years with BSNL Chennai. Though number of times complaint made no fruitful result. First of all there is no tower near to house and most of the time it shows minimum or nil. The out going and incoming calls the speech is not being received both the end and the connection get disconnected. I always prefer BSNL but due to their poor service and non attendance of complaints I was forced to take the broad band connection from other service provider bypassing the BSNL. The weakest signal ever seen is of BSNL only. They are not interested to correct their attitude and not supporting the customer. It is indirect my view that they are supporting other service provider

In Kolkata, BSNL mobile service is terrible. No signals, perpetual call drops, useless net connectivity. I think the BSNL mobile service in Kolkata is the worst in India, though it reportedly is better in other circles. I feel a radical overhauling is necessary in the work culture in this circle.

BSNL has a good connectivity in almost all areas of bangalore, but sometimes the network drops down and you won't get connectivity at all especially if you underground or in lifts and basement locations.

Overall BSNL as per my view is the best mobile network with respect to Connectivity, Data accessibility, Network Range and call rates.
