My area is Kottivakkam. Signal is very poor. 3G never works; every time even for booking cabs, we have to come to road and try our luck. Worst side is their toll free number; it is only advertisement and good for booking fault repairs; even if we make infinite attempts, we can never get connected to the customer service staffs for making enquiry and venting out our grievance.
Last August 2016,I surrendered my landline due to their poor customer services. I was told that my refund will be credited to my account after 3 months. But I was disappointed. After escalating this to top nodal officers, I got my refund in Feb 2017. This is the state of poor BSNL service. Very Pathetic situation.
BSNL NET CONNECTION IS VERY POOR & I'M POST PAID SERVICE HOLDER SINCE THE LAUNCH OF CELLONE. BSNL PEOPLE ONLY IMPROVE THE QUALITY OF SERVICES OF BSNL IN KOLKATA. BILLING WISE BSNL IS THE MOST AUTHENTIC.
