Yes they are good… but the employees there does not want to work.. when you approach they don't even a forms there and sent the customer to the other office to collect and they are not interested in business… they want to sit there and get the salary …. what a pity… if we can address this it is excellent…. give them target and let them work for it rather than sitting and wiling away time… very soon they are going to loose it for the oft entities… what is then point of having good product if you do not want to work...
BSNL was doing good in my experience and suddenly some bad experience was felt recently. My landline connection was not working and I registered a complaint. To my surprise, I got a message after 2 days saying that the complaint was closed whereas the complaint was not attended and still the land line was out of service. I registered a complaint again and the issue was repeated three times. Every time I used to get the message saying the complaint is closed. In fact I got the representative mobile number in the message after lodging complaint who has to attend the issue. I called him many times and finally he has responded saying that there is major cable fault due to road works and it will take time to rectify the issue. It is more than 10 days now and till now the issue is unresolved. I can't understand what is the necessity to send false messages when the condition could not be resolved. Need to take strict action for the failure of the system and on any individual who is responsible for providing the wrong feedback/messages.
