Neither the Landline service nor the mobile service is good. They lack professionalism. For any fault they donot respond and even telephone enquiry also the official are casual in their approach. I do not feel the organisation with this attitude will improve in future. It will have a un-natural death due to lethargic attitude.

The Broadband service provided by BSNL is frequently not working and whenever a complaint is given, someone from the exchange gives a ring and enquires about the working without visiting the instruments provided by them. They give false message that your complaint has been attended/ rectified.

BSNL broadband service is one of he worse service provider, I have ever came across. The connectivity fails very frequently and on lodging complaint through 1500 your complain is booked and next day the massage comes that your complaint has been resolved. In fact they monitor the machinery at their end and never visit to the spot. JTO/ SDO and other BSNL officials never visit the spot nor give a permanent solution. As alternative service providers are not available, we have no alternative than to continue with BSNL.
It is just like another public sector undertaking, which going to die very soon, once the private players are active in the area.
