Why can not we wind up this service. Their service is the poorest of all service providers. Complaints are not attended in time. They give false SMS that your complaint is resolved and next moment, show another complaint registered.

Except office, the landline service has been not in use, except for broad band utility. Inspite of various concessions, people are not showing interest. It will have a natural death after sometime. The broad band service by BSNL is costly and speed is very slow and with various limitations. Let them work for improvement, instead of spending money in wages and salaries to the Engineers, who spends very little time in improvement of the functioning.

Earlier, BSNL was important for its landline service. But with the deterioration of service and adoption of mobile service, the landline has lost its charme. If at all any one is keeping, it is for broadband purpose. The broadband service has also gone down in its popularity and private players are capturing the market. If such situation continue, BSNL will be a things of the past.

The organisation "BSNL" is a white elephant. More staff and less turn over. The poor service has made the BSNL sick. Please take the problem of the customers with all seriousness.

BSNL is not more the largest telecom service provider. Private players have taken over that position. Except government offices, landline is hardly seen in private houses. Trunk calls are no more booked. Mobile services is handy and easy. BSNL is far behind in competition with 3G or 4G. Local SDO is not at all responsive to consumer's complaints. Like Road Transport, it is waiting to be declared as sick unit.
