BSNL is giving worst kind of services. In fact, they are not giving any service to their subscribers and taking shelter of false statements. Several times I lodged complaint online regarding my broad band connection and its worst kind of services. The complaints are duly registered, complaint numbers are given and message is sent every time that the work is allotted to a lay man, who is a telephone line man. No one turns up and anything is done to attend my complaint to my full satisfaction but on the third day another message is compulsorily sent stating that my complaint has been attended and the issues are resolved. This is the condition of this National White Elephant company. The attitude of the senior officials are also not cooperative and they never attend & reply any complaints lodged through their email addresses, which indicates that they are more interested in finding that their existing subscribers too migrate to some of the private service providers, so that they can earn 2 pie extra.
The concerned Minister should immediately look into this matter, throw out all the senior officers to far flung rural centres as punishment for their incompetence, negligent attitude and high handedness and fill up the vacancies with young, energetic and honest officers, who can only rehabilitate this giant national company having all kind of infrastructure to provide world class services.
