I live in a SMART city aspirant wherein state-run BSNL provides Poor Broadband Connectivity, slow speed and frequent disconnection / loss of connectivity. Getting worse by the day (am using for a decade now). Complain at least once a week and just get stereotyped responses by sms. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE worth the name. Suspect deliberate sabotage to help private players in the end. Give market on a platter to private players the AI way. @PMO Just keep raising new slogans of Digital India !
