Though positive, first we need to make our citizens up to middle class happy, before attempting to take care of higher class and foreigners: For investing in India foreigners may look at these facilities: let them keep looking. But we need to understand needs of locals first and then turn that side. BOTH HAVE NOT BEEN ATTEMPTED FOR MANY MANY DECADES.
When we do not have safety travelling in trains and there is extensive need for fixing existing train tracks, where does the need for bullet train, swallowing billions of dollars, come? And that too between ahmedabad and mumbai! Why not between Chennai and Bangalore? This is based on the fact that south indian states (TN, KA, KL, AP, Telangana) contribute more than 30% of GDP!?
