My apartment Cauvery/Municipal water connection comes from near Day-to-Day Super market in LBS Ngr and looks like most of the time, the person opening the valve doesn't open it even one-fourth since he is expecting some money from us. This is ridiculous and such corruption shouldn't exist at this level. At least in Chennai, where my parents live, I've not seen such problems in Metro Water Supply, in Rangarajapuram, Kodambakkam.

My apartment has Cauvery Water connection but from last 2 years we are not getting water due to other houses are using the motor and we are not using it, this is an illegal activity.
And no proper support from BWSSB till now after following so many time.

BWSSB is including 'Levy of STP charges', with out verifying the factual information, in monthly bills. It takes 3 months for their engineer to visit the apartments and make report, the presence of working STP on the premises. So based on the report 'Levy of STP charges', is stopped. In the meantime the levy charges for the three months with the interest accrued appear as 'arrears' in the current water bill. AEE has no powers to waive the wrong billing done for the past 4 months. He needs to get approval from the head office. Height of bureaucracy leading to public harassment.
