canara bank ISRO layout very poor service. there was utter confusion and chaos during the demonetisation week and therafter for cash deposit, exchange and withdrawl.

ATMs in my locality and nearby are still not working. branch does not have lower denomination notes.

ATM not working as on 21-01-2017 from the day of demonetisation in my area around 7 ATMS.

I go to the branch at BSK 2nd stage, Bengaluru. I found their service suffered a lot due to server downtime and slow speed. this branch still works like the old tile banks and the energy, courtesy and efficiency are lacking. the staff mostly of the earlier generation have not changed their mindset.

SINCE 1987 TILL DATE I AM THE FULLY SATISFIED CUSTOMER OF CANRA BANK EVEN AFTER RETIREMENT FROM AIR FORCE ALSO I OPTED FOR THE SAME. LAST I WENT TO SECTOR 15 ROHINI DELHI BRANCH FOR A NEW ACCOUNT FOR MY SON AS THIS MANDATORY BY SCHOOL. MR ARORA THE SR. BRANCH MANGER HELPED ME OUT OF WAY AND THE STAFF ALSO. VERY GOOD TEAM SPRIT OF THE BANK

This is a friendly bank and I am quite happy with the bank. My 80% banking is done trough this bank

It is a good bank. Services vary from Branch to Branch and Manager to Manager. The The Chief Manager at Green Park Extension Branch, New Delhi, providers wonderful services to his individual clients with special care of elders. He is very receptive to the idea that each Branch of a Bank should provide training to clients once in a month on Online/Mobile/Internet banking which is not understood by majority and are prone to misled by the scrupulous.

When I met the Chief Manager recently I found him not very happy with the Bank services to the consumers after demonetisation. But was not coming out openly. He is a very sincere and honest person who managed the period fairly well astonished me with his response. Aam aadmi on the street is also not very happy.
