While taking the loan for appliance all the required documents including the ECS mandate form was submitted; received SMS that ECS is rejected by Bank in the first month of EMI and all of a sudden from third month the EMI ECS started; I had been corresponding with them thru the available only option of email since last one month; the customer service officer is just trying to fool around and wasting time in responding to the complaint instead just trying to move around the complaint even though copy of bank statements provided for reference. Please be careful while dealing with them for any loans as the documents submitted while applying are not been taken proper care and when you complaint for any discrepancy the issue is taken around instead of attending to it. As of now my complaint is just being thrown back and forth with same queries being asked every time.
