i have an accountin west jyoti nagar Delhi very slow enter the bank and loose minimum two hours

I am with Central Bank of India,Kamalanagar Extn branch. Right from 10th Nov'16, the Manager and his team have done a fantastic job in dealing with the rush to exchange banned currency and to deposit and draw money from the account. Though they had to deal with old small denomination currencies recd. on a few days, they made sure customers did not suffer. I have seen them working late to close the books every day for 3 weeks, Now there is hardly any rush at this branch. Only issue is the ATM says NO CASH on most of the days.

15 days over still i did not received my e t c machine.

Sampige Road, Malleswaram branch is dealing with customers in a better way, though they do have small currency shortage.

THEY WERE ON TOE WITH MANGER TAKING PERSONNEL INTEREST SERVICES WERE GOOD.BABULNATH BRANCH, MUMBAI-400007.
