There has to be a total revamp of the training and hiring of police at all levels. The dept needs to be made as good as any international police dept in terms of quality of manpower, infrastructure, getting them online, better equipment and better training. Lately a lot of smart and fit officers have joined - which is a good move - we need a total makeover of the dept. Corruption, abuse and crime should be punished with firing (enough with the suspension) and they should be denied all their benefits and if they are caught taking bribes etc their assests should be immediately frozen.

System is well managed . State Policing need to be mandated in all its fields .
