There is no system at all. Its all a farce. Nobody from the Municipal Corporation knows the exact tax amount and how to calculate it. E-Sampark Centre people try to help people but they also do not have the exact info. The property tax rates have been increased exorbitantly without any justification. It's a compulsory blood donation by the property owners. MC has sufficient funds already, it has many parking lots minting money and property tax has also been imposed unnecessarily. The corrupt bureaucracy doesn't listen to the general public and even to the councillors.
