There are many Ghost workers/employees in MCC . Many of them just not go to the place of work and some go to mark attendance and disappear. There is complete lack of supervision. Majority of employees reach office by 10.30 am and leave by 3 p.m. There is no authority or system to check. With this work culture, no one should expect efficiency & accountability from MCC workforce. There is immediate need to install CCTV cameras and biometric attendance machines to improve the working. Random checking of workforce deployed by senior officials can also help minimizing proxy attendance or disappearance after marking attendance.
