Most of the parkings lots have uneven surface. One can see stinking small water bodies in almost all the parking lots. Customers and the Shopkeepers have to bear with the foul smell. No regular re-carpeting of parking lots is a major issue in Chandigarh.

The recent issue with overcharging in parking lots needs to be addressed urgently. Besides that, for the most part, parking lots are managed satisfactorily. There is however, an urgent need to additional parking throughout the city.
