Both water and sewage charges are paid up to date , but surprisingly, different no.demand note for water charges sent for the same name, same address of same property, for which letter has been sent with acknowledgement about 6 months back and again 2 months back, but no any corrective action, except raising again duplicate demand note. Really an agony particularly for senior citizens to visit again and again metro water office of 12th division. Any solution so that the concerned officer/ engineer made to attend such clerical problems, inconveniencing general public
