Yes in most of the cases it is a different name, property number and the street name does not match, officiails as they like allot the property survery no in a different street name.. and theis is absolutely no co-ordination between the departments ...why cannot all these be inter linked and communicated to the concern departments within the specific time frame and intimate the citizen accordingly once it is been done. What a relief indeed if this happens

Please make all the portals online customer friendly. And make all the payments portal workable/payable. All zones and sub divisions.. they are cases certain sub divisions online payment cannot be done… all of a sudden… last year I seas able to do but this year could not… Plss resolve these issues.

The newly added area citizens to CC like our Perungudi Panchayats are suffering due to the data entry errors at-least one in two cases with plenty of mistakes . For corrections we need to run from pillar to post to sort out with Puzhutivakkam corporation office staff who care a hoot to such complaints . The online system can be taken up only after weeding out these mistakes . A special camp is necessary to address this issue in all the newly added areas or a provision in the software for a online request is the need of the hour with necessary controls like OTP in the registered mobile etc.,

Property tax information in the cards are wrongly printed. I have gone several time to the Corporation office nearby but nothing was done to correct the property tax card details. I have given copies of my documents etc but the matter is still not attended to.
