In my area too there were lot of dog and cow which was roaming freely and causing disturbance to public especially during night time.

There is no stray animals management in our area. The stray dogs and cows roam about freely and cause a lot of inconvenience to the public. The root cause is poor management of waste.

1.The dog and cattle menance is a disturbing factor in our area-mylapore and even in marina beach where i go daily for morning walk.The dog owners also create a hell a lot nuisance in bringing their dogs out for a walk in the mornings/evenings where they do their urination/pee on the roads.2.The stray goats are also a regular scene in our area.The corporation/municipal authorities need to increase their vigil ,compound them and impose severe penalities.

This area needs an absolute improvements in all the CC limits esp in Perungudi area. All the stray dogs have to be treated for rabies and treatment for any other diseases including Animal Birth Control . Street dogs have to be adopted for a better environment. The owners rearing pedigree dogs like Labrador , Alsation allow their pets to pee in front of other houses without any bother. They need to carry plastic pouches and go after to clean them immediately failing which a fine can be imposed.
