May be you need to increase vehicle running especially in early morning dark hours: ......
Then increase the interaction of garbage cleaning staff with public during day times.

The way in which public treat your staff, definitely must change to a better and respectable one.
That can be the aim of such meets and your staff need definitely TRAINNING towards this subject or attitude.

I understand, INDIAN mindset for centuries is difficult to change.
But IT MUST CHANGE AND HENCE YOU MUST START THAT AS A SEPARATE AIM OF YOUR SERVICES.

Once this aim is even half fulfilled, our city will look different:
Your staff will start respecting themselves towards their achievements.
They must be made to feel proud and public must be made to respect your staff

THEIR DAILY WORKLOAD ALSO WILL REDUCE ...
AS PUBLIC PARTICIPATION IN .....
......segregation itself will improve tremendously

Garbage cleaning has to be improved in our area. Especially the dust bin itself is not very clean and it is kept in the middle of the road.

Garbage collection in our area is very prompt and satisfactory although the collection time varries a little. The authorities may consider of removing during night hours, to avoid traffic
Inconvenience, at least in the contract areas
