When our car went for servicing for the first time to specifically the Chevrolet Services, the changed our original tyres & replaced it with locally manufactured tyres. Secondly, a gold coin was promised at the time of purchase. One year my brother constantly kept asking for the gold coin. They kept telling it is out of stock. They said that they will put the original tyres back but never did it. The machine has issues from the time we purchased the car. After 1 year when my brother approached consumer forum, then they gave the gold coin. .. Our other car dealers never gave us any issues at all.
