Water is supplied in ward 63 (Singanallur) only once in 10 to 14 days. No fixed timing for water release. No fixed interval for water release. Meter reader does not read the meter, only puts an arbitrary figure. On complaining he takes away my watermeter booklet and has not returned it over the past 4 months. He says the meter is defective, but I can see it works. I have twice posted complaints to the corporation website, both times they have said the complaint has been rectified, but nothing has taken place.Without the book, I cannot pay the waterbill.

Water supply is pathetic, once a week at best, going to once in 2 weeks at times.

Very poor in certain areas of Singanallur, supplied once in 10 to 14 days.
No day, date or time for water release.
Adjacent areas get water every 5 days, people there state they collect Rs. 30/- per family per month to appease the person opening water

Satisfactory. My only worry is their lethargic attitude to water leakages, especially it is very hard to see drinking water getting wasted so badly.

1) Water supply is not sufficient and the corporation should focus on this.
2) The over head tanks are should be with full of mud and the capacity of the over head tanks have decreased because of this and all the over head tanks needs cleaning on a phased manner.
