Garbage collection is not done regularly. No significant steps taken to segregate the waste and as usual people are also not educated properly about segregation. Solution : Make waste disposal a priority and profitable industry and entrust the same to entrepreneurs from collection to disposal and let them earn profit to make our country neat and clean free of garbage and sewerage.

Garbage collection is as usual only,but in few places we can see the CMC persons involved in cleaning activities.It has to be extended to all the locations.Garbage collection should be on daily basis and the cleaning activity also has to be done simultaneously.

Very poor

1) Garbage bins are not being cleaned regularly. When the same is cleaned it spills all over the road.
2) Though there are Supervisors to supervise no supervisor supervise.

Garbage collection is OK but cleanliness is lacking in garbage bin areas. Often garbage bins are kept in prominent places where traffic is jammed during collection or waste disposal. The bins can be pleces on cemented flooring. The quality of the bins require a very serious thought, most of them are ruined.

Our area is in Kovaipudur. The collecting crew segregate the waste but to dump the same the bin capacity is not enough.
