They are not informing quarterly, Early Statements to Customers, since they keep pending at Senior and Handicapped Persone. When gone for renewals they debit money and Intrest from the FD ammount. But donot give Receipt for the ammount diducted nor entry in passbook for the deduction. Is this standard bussines Accounting System ?
