I'd like to add another company, Club Mahindra doing the same. They lure and trap consumers, take a hefty sum for membership, and do not provide any kind of services in return. After taking membership, one can never get any reservation in any resort, they have hidden annual subscripting fees to be paid each year (whether u holiday or not) and this fees keeps increasing every year, their customer service is most unresponsive. Stay away from Club Mahindra !

Country club / Country vacations collect data of peoples( name, phone numbers, income and address) from various malls, petrol pump, exhibitions and various public places. They call each individuals to their posh offices located at all major cities of india. They have recruited well educated people's like MBA in marketing and after call they inform that you hav got lucky coupon and selected for gift ( plot of land, microwave, watch etc.) they call along with spouse and after reaching office they ask people to switch off mobile and delivers lecture in which they attract people's for holidays packages for 5 to 20 years. And tell them that membership fee is Rs 6 lakh but now it is a scheme so you will get at an attractive price tag. The price range from Rs 1 to 5 lakh depend upon bargain power of person. After long brain wash they ask people to pay the amount today itself and if credit card us there then ask to swipe the card with easy instalments. So people's gets attractive offers and without giving time to read the agreement get signed at the same time in which they mention that jurisdiction is hydrabad and annual maintenance charges as applicable etc. After payment when person wants to go to the holiday he didn't get the booking and if lucky enough he gets booking still the facilities are not upto the mark and he has to pay maintenance charges very high. If anybody ask refund of money they are not getting it back. Further if any brave person goes to consumer court then lawyers of country club shows. Jurisdiction as hydrabad to court hence his case gets dismissed in other district courts. If any person goes to police then they are not registering the FIR. Just making NC is not the solution. About 170 people's approached to Akhil Bhartiya Grahak Panchayat Pune. The country club has filed a complaint against Akhil Bhartiya Grahak Panchayat in civil court to stop Grahak Panchayat from collecting peoples and not to inform peoples to go against Country Club. Country club is looting consumers and harassing and looting activity of this club so that government will take strong action against this country club.
Please make awareness among all indian people's by sharing this pnot providing services to them.
On net number of customers have made the complaint and there are more than 1000 peoples complaining against this company for not providing services, amenities and also not responding consumers. Just looting their money.
It is requested to make through inquiry of this company and return consumers money.
