There is no concept of customer service. Once you book the flat they provide absolute no assistance to their customers. They have developed a very intelligent process where once the flat is booked sales teams will hand over the account to Relationship manager RMs. Don’t get carries away with the name, these RMs will make you say that government workers are better than them. Most important thing ensure everything that is promised is obtained in writing. The RMs will simply not listen to promises made by sales teams.

Also do not expect any support from them for registration, only big builder that requires you to go and collect the registration documents, their argument is that they have 6000 flats if they can build so many flats and hire so many people for selling them cant they invest a little for having implants to aid customers.

They are like bank collection officer of old times… any delay and they will bomb you with interest and more interest and more interest….

I must admit that while the brand is huge, they don’t know C of Customer Service…. I will never recommend anyone to Lodha if they have any self-respect and are keen to keep that intact.

If u choose a RED plan below ur avg billing amount, they tell u that u r not eligible. This is a lie. Escalate to nodal office & get any RED plan u want. Moreover relationship manager stops receiving ur call when he needs to provide u a solution on a mistake that the company made (like billing). Nodal office also refuses to help & says one must contact the relationship manager only. Big cheats make u go round & round constantly. This is a fraud Currier company. This company claim to deliver international curriers, but in fact there is a big scam, where the group of people, try to trap innocent people throughout the world. A NRI / person from UK/US are contacting through Facebook, phone or matrimony site and grow relationship with you over phone and email. Once she/he feel confident enough, they will send you Currier from overseas claiming money /gift inside. The currier website is even fake, will showing you tracking details. Once the site will be update status your currier reached to new Delhi, the Currier company will ask you huge amount of money (i.e. thousand/lacks). They will take followup unless and unti you pay and lose your money. Please be aware of such people.
