I purchased a Cooler brand "Winter" from Symphony Limited in April 2017 for house use with 1 year warrantee. this was working perfect but in a moth time its wheels has loosen and cooler not movable, water meter also not showing water. We made complaint to symphony in June 2017, technician came and repair water meter but refused to replace wheels. he told if you move cooler after fill water in it, warrantee will void. this is only cheating by him. How we use cooler without move it if the wheels is there for moving. They used low density wheels in cooler. and it is manufacturing defect but they did not yet replaced wheels.
