1.If you send packets,most of the times the contents will not reach the destination.
2.They don't deliver the articles to the addressee.Wait for the addressee to go after them if they want to get their articles.
3.They are very rude and not reliable or responsible for anything.
4.Never depend on them for any parcel or letter delivery properly
5.Though the parent organisation or their Hq office uses all the refined language for promotion of their business,there is no tracking system of the articles available for their customers.
6.They give franchisee to all unscrupulous people all over the places and the organisation does not take any responsibility for loss or theft or non delivery of articles.
