There is uncertaintity between center and state government hence the dual policy or actual performance is deteriorated of the police authority. Really it's a bad luck for Residents of Delhi.

In front of Ghaziabad junction railway station we always find area chocked with indescplined auto rickshaws. Never seen any police constable managing their parking. In most of the cities railway stations have proper and simple procedure of exit and enterence of three wheelers. Surprising Ghaziabad police takes no initative in this regard. Then why hope Ghaziabad to be in the list of smart cities.
As far as encroachment is concerned. It is seen evacuated areas are again occupied with no fear of law. Beat constables should be made responsible with more relevant powers.
Suzimandi area adjacent to old bus stand has recently come up with no parking signs. What for? Number of rickshaw vendors have increased in folds on the main road and police is stopping buyers to keep away from there. Why not limit the vendors.

Traffic police total failure unruly drivers go scot-free,well equipped one police man is enough for one location but they are found in groups of 4 to 6 zic Zac driving Car drivers never caught.
