Lower or says field staff is not serious to do the duty and higher staff depends and depressed by rich and approachable persons so the results are satisfactiory

Delhi police is doing not well just collect the pocket money and threat the people not resolve the problems

They certainly need to be proactive whereas it is other way round. unless they are persuaded or given in writing they rarely act on their own. Many a times, even they try to avoid the situation. They are well aware of the bad elements and unscrupulous activities in their area but seldom take action or show their helplessness. This instead promote lawlessness and an atmosphere of fear instead of fearlessness which is very essential for the society to groom. Of late, there has been many instances of attack even on police personnel which shows the goonda elements are not afraid of the law. The police need to be proactive and act on their own, if this happens religiously without fear or favour, things will change drastically. Their first dharma is do their duty religiously but this has to come from top by setting some examples-Mrs. Kiran Bedi's time was such an era in Delhi.

They are capable of doing what they want to. It is ultimately their own intent of the level to which they can maintain the Law and Order.

The Police have a tough job in Delhi as it has multiple agencies and is an abode of VVIPs . Governance is a political responsibility and to be done by the elected/selected representatives. Everyone washes its hands of any accountability and police cannot be blamed alone for the state of affairs. Every citizen has his own experience but if the reforms suggested by various studies is implemented than the police can be held responsible. We still have acts and rules of 1860 ,so why blame the police. The traffic / encroachment etc are very sad for the capital city .
