आदरणीय प्रधानमंत्री जी दिल्ली पुलिस को "स्मार्ट पुलिस" बनाने के सुहावने सपने संजोए बैठे है। वास्तविकता तो यह हैं कि --"स्मार्ट" बनने का सिद्धांत तो उस व्यक्ति/संस्था/विभाग पर लागू होता हैं, जिसका कि वर्तमान बौद्धिक स्तर--कम से कम सामान्य तो हो! "मूढ़ बुद्धि" विभाग को भला कैसे ही सीधे-सीधे स्मार्ट बनाया जा सकता है? उत्तर-पश्चिमी दिल्ली में स्थित---थाना केशवपुरम, पिनकोड-110035 की निकटतम परिधि में, लगभग बारहों महीनें ही देर रात तक अत्यधिक तेज़ आवाज़ में डी.जे, म्यूज़िक सिस्टमस्‌ और लाऊडस्पीकरों का स्थानीय लोगों पर कहर बरपता हैं, और संबंधित पुलिस अधिकारीगण केवल--मूक दर्शकों की भूमिका में ही अपनी कर्तव्यपरायणता ज़ाहिर करते हैं। 100 नंबर पर किए गए असंख्य फ़ोन कॉल का भी कोई दीर्घकालिक प्रभाव नहीं देखने को मिलता, क्योंकि अगले दिन फिर से वही----"ढाक के तीन पात" वाली कहावत चीरतार्थ हो जाती है। बेहतर तो यही होगा कि आने वाले समय में इस विभाग में-- "रोबो-कॉपस्‌" की ही भर्ती की जाएं जिससे कि पूरी प्रमाणिकता एवं कर्तव्यनिष्ठा के साथ यह विभाग अपने--शांति, सेवा और न्याय के दर्शाये आदर्श को सार्थक कर सकें। आशा हैं कि ---उच्च अधिकारीगण इस समीक्षा पर गौर करेंगे..!! अन्यथा हम तो, वास्तव में दिल्ली पुलिस विभाग से पूरी तरह से हताश-निराश हो चुके हैं। धन्यवाद॥

Let alone taking a suo motu cognizance of the repeated & daily Complaints of a particular nature, it requires an enervating effort from our end to pursue late-night follow-ups with PCR on a routine basis! PS-KeshavPuram's very own Area has garnered a dubious distinction of being the Most LAWLESS region, when it comes to an effective & a fool-proof enforcement of DP Standing Order-363/2009 aka "Menace of Noise Pollution". Unholy NEXUS of several Govt. Agencies have culminated in the form of a thriving Tent MAFIA in this region, & these Unscrupulous elements have found a safe haven in the 'Lap' of PS-KeshavPuram as well!

The Perfect anomaly in the said subject (Law & Order) is PS-Keshavpuram's (Delhi-35) very own Area! Tent MAFIAS have been made to beseat in the very 'Lap' of PS-Keshavpuram!
NEXUS involving Traders Lobby, Officials from DDA & MCD & those from Delhi Police have encroached upon the "SILENCE ZONE" characterized by the presence of several Govt. Educational Institutes!
"Shanti, Sewa & Nyaya" have been greatly 'manipulated' to serve the vested interests of Tent-MAFIA flourishing in this part of N-W Delhi.
Time for Administration to "Wake Up" please...!!

Police Station of Keshavpuram,Delhi-110035 is 'harboring' a MAFIA alongside, then how will they be able to establish SHANTI-SEWA-NYAYA ever!? The misgivings of Delhi Police along with rest of the Guardians of Delhi has been explained quite well here --- goo.gl/58DxuK . May this turn out to be an Eye-Opener for the Higher echelons of this Department!

1. Delhi Police is presently the best state police in India.
2. The undue pressures of daughter in law ie AAP Party is beyond limits.
3. The party has been unofficially told by the boss to fill the jails, isn't it ridiculous.
4. The ruling party must be the first to support the Police, but here it is contrary :)
5. Any Tom, Dick and Harry can point finger on the police.
6. The guts of criminals have stretched beyond limits. The poor policeman are charged by vehicles on them, unlicensed pistols and other equipment's and the police personnel on other hand give the citizens always due courtesy and respect.
7. IN ORDER TO MAKE POLICEMEN WORTH FOR YOU, PLEASE RESPECT THEM AT ALL TIMES.

I think east delhi police should be more proactive as there are many cases for Snaching and arson harping lately. Police is hardly doing anything to control this menance.
