i found them good , they're quite friendly & as par as crime rate in my area, usual things happen sometimes not casually .

Police has established the corruption existance. It is really vey difficult for someone to skip corruption and keep moving.
There have to be other measures to control this practice.
Let money transactions happen against a receipt only.

They are promoting corruption in the city

The most corrupt department is Delhi Police and Delhi Traffic Police. We feel unsafe when we see Delhi Police instead of feeling safe and secured. Any kind illegal activity in Delhi is done under their nose, name any, Endless List.
