Traffic police does not like to regulate the traffic in a disciplined manner also encouraging people to follow road discipline. Traffic police squads prefer to hide on the roadsides and catch hold of the people after the mistake, deliberate or by error, and collect money as much as possible. Road Money Collectors would better suit them instead of Traffic Police.

I think if traffic police want they can handle it easily. Like what they did in common wealth game. They have to increase the changes who break the rules. And lots of other things.

Poor management. They remain bare spectators at traffic jam sites. Never take initiative to get roads cleared from parking encroachment.
