No proper facilities for sr. citizen passengers. One has to use the staircase for going to and from platforms other than platform No. 1.

this is being developed as new station, but
1. Platform 1 very narrow , plaster chipped off, uneven and poorly lighted.
2. poor enquiry facility.
3. entrance not properly utilized.
4. lousy announcement system, no coach guidance signages
5. no ramps/ escalators
6. catering poor

SO many trains departed from This station but Toilet and sitting arrangement is very poor Plateform No. 6 & 7 is under repair since last 5 Months many accidents on plateform No. 6 & 7. Passengers sitting on stair. All Auto and taxi owners occupy the space in front of Station, Very Poor announcement system. You can see long line on ticket window.

Steps are too high needs accelerators, sitting arrangements are less,Main entry from Rotak Road remain jammed,needs decongestion
